The BMW CE 04 is powered by a liquid-cooled permanent-magnet synchronous motor that produces a peak output of 31 kW (approximately 41 bhp) and delivers a maximum torque of 62 Nm. The scooter can accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, showcasing its impressive performance capabilities. It has an electronically limited top speed of 120 km/h, making it suitable for both urban and suburban riding.

Equipped with an 8.9 kWh battery, the CE 04 offers a range of approximately 130 km on a full charge. Charging the battery takes about 4.2 hours using a standard charger, while an optional fast charger can reduce this time significantly.
