The TVS iQube is an innovative electric scooter that marks TVS Motor Company's entry into the electric mobility space in India. The iQube is powered by a 4.4 kWh lithium-ion battery, which drives an electric motor capable of producing a peak power output of 5.4 kW (equivalent to about 7 PS). This setup allows the scooter to achieve a top speed of approximately 78 km/h with a claimed range of up to 75 km on a full charge. The iQube can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in about 4.2 seconds, making it suitable for city commuting. Drum brakes handle braking duties at both ends, and regenerative braking technology helps extend battery life while improving efficiency. Weighing around 128 kg, the iQube features an under-seat storage capacity of about 17 litres, providing ample space for carrying personal items or groceries.
