The Hop Electric LEO is an electric scooter tailored for urban commuting, reflecting the increasing shift towards sustainable transportation in India. Launched with a focus on affordability and efficiency, the LEO is available in two main variants: Basic and Extended, with prices starting from ₹84,360 and going up to ₹97,504 (ex-showroom, Delhi). This model is designed to cater to the needs of daily commuters, providing a practical solution for navigating through congested city streets.

The Hop Electric LEO is equipped with a 2 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers a BLDC motor, generating a peak power output of 2500 W. This setup enables the scooter to achieve a top speed of 52 km/h while offering a commendable range of up to 125 km per charge, making it suitable for longer commutes without frequent recharging. The charging time for the battery is approximately 3 hours, allowing for convenient overnight charging.

Weighing around 80 kg, the LEO's lightweight design enhances its manoeuvrability in urban settings. The braking system features disc brakes at both the front and rear, ensuring effective stopping power. The scooter also boasts tubeless tyres mounted on alloy wheels, which contribute to better handling and safety.
