PURE EV - EcoDryft

The PURE EV EcoDryft is an electric motorcycle that distinguishes itself in the Indian market through its combination of performance, affordability, and eco-friendliness. Launched to meet the rising demand for sustainable transportation, the EcoDryft is available in two primary variants: STD and 350, with prices ranging from approximately ₹99,999 to ₹1.10 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) as of January 2025.

This model is designed to cater to urban commuters while also providing a respectable range for longer journeys. The EcoDryft features a modern design that appeals to a younger demographic while remaining practical for everyday use. Its lightweight construction and efficient electric powertrain make it a suitable choice for navigating the often congested streets of Indian cities.

The EcoDryft is powered by a 3 kW BLDC motor paired with a 3.5 kWh lithium-ion battery, which allows it to achieve a top speed of approximately 80 km/h. The motorcycle offers an impressive range of between 106 to 171 km per charge, depending on riding conditions and the selected riding mode. Charging the battery takes about 6 hours for a full charge, making it convenient for daily use. In terms of braking, the EcoDryft features a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear, ensuring reliable stopping power.

The kerb weight is around 95 kg, making it manageable for riders. Additionally, it comes equipped with tubeless tyres that enhance grip and stability on various road surfaces. The digital instrument console includes features such as a speedometer, odometer, low battery alert, and riding mode indicators, providing essential information at a glance. Safety features like an anti-theft alarm and hill-hold assist further enhance its appeal for urban commuting.
