QJ Motor - SRC 500

The QJ Motor SRC 500 is a modern classic motorcycle that has recently made its debut in the Indian market, targeting riders who seek a stylish yet practical bike. With a starting price of approximately ₹1.99 lakh, the SRC 500 offers a compelling blend of retro aesthetics and contemporary engineering. This model is available in three variants: Silver Black, Gold Black, and Red White, each bringing its unique flair while maintaining the core characteristics of the SRC 500.

At the heart of the QJ Motor SRC 500 lies a 480 cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers a power output of 25.85 PS at 5750 rpm and a peak torque of 36 Nm at 4250 rpm. This engine is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, allowing for smooth gear shifts and efficient power delivery. The motorcycle features a fuel tank capacity of 15.5 litres, supporting longer rides without frequent refuelling stops.

In terms of fuel efficiency, the SRC 500 claims an overall mileage of about 30 kmpl, making it suitable for daily commuting as well as weekend getaways. The braking system consists of dual disc brakes—300 mm at the front and 240 mm at the rear—equipped with dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety. The kerb weight of the bike is approximately 205 kg, providing stability without being overly cumbersome.
