YObykes - Electron DX

The YObykes Electron DX is an electric scooter that has gained attention in the Indian market for its affordability and practicality, especially in urban settings. Launched at a starting price of approximately ₹36,000, the Electron DX is designed to cater to the growing demand for eco-friendly transportation options. It is available in a single variant, making it straightforward for consumers to choose.

The YObykes Electron DX is powered by a 250 W BLDC motor, which provides sufficient power for city commuting. It features a 1.25 kWh battery that can be charged in about 4 to 5 hours, offering a range of up to 65 km per charge. This range makes it suitable for short-distance travel, ideal for daily commutes or errands.

In terms of braking, the Electron DX is equipped with a disc brake at the front and a drum brake at the rear, ensuring reliable stopping performance. The scooter has a kerb weight of 88 kg, which contributes to its stability while riding. The compact dimensions and a ground clearance of around 160 mm make it adept at navigating through congested city streets and uneven road surfaces.

The Electron DX comes with modern features such as a digital instrument cluster, LED tail lights, and an anti-theft alarm system. Additionally, it is fitted with tubeless tyres that enhance safety and comfort, making it easier to handle minor punctures.
