The Simple Energy One is a cutting-edge electric scooter that stands out in the rapidly evolving Indian electric vehicle market. Launched with a starting price of approximately ₹1.66 lakh, the One is designed to meet the needs of urban commuters seeking efficiency and sustainability. This model is available in two variants: Single Tone and Dual Tone, allowing customers to choose based on their aesthetic preferences.

The Simple Energy One is powered by a robust 8.5 kW PMSM motor, delivering impressive performance with a peak torque of 72 Nm. This powerful motor enables the scooter to reach a top speed of 105 km/h and accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.77 seconds, making it one of the fastest electric scooters available in India. The One features a dual battery setup with a total capacity of 5 kWh, consisting of a fixed battery and a removable battery pack, which can be charged at home or at public charging stations.

In terms of range, the Simple One offers an impressive 212 km per charge, making it suitable for longer commutes without the anxiety of frequent recharging. The charging time for the battery is approximately 5 hours and 54 minutes to reach 80% capacity, allowing for convenient overnight charging. The scooter is equipped with advanced features such as regenerative braking, LED lighting, and a digital instrument cluster that provides essential ride statistics.

The braking system includes 200 mm disc brakes at the front and 190 mm disc brakes at the rear, ensuring reliable stopping power under various conditions. With a kerb weight of around 134 kg, the One strikes a balance between stability and agility.
